Most companies do not have the time, trust, network, or skills to keep the necessary ongoing dialogue with the right talent pool to know when each candidate is ready to move on, to what, for what – but on their behalf we strive to.
At the same time, many of the best business professionals do not have the time or resources to keep abreast of what the most interesting employers are up to or, indeed, who they are – but we try to.
It can also take focus and motivation away from the existing tasks to keep too engaged in what it looks like on the other side of the fence.
As a trusted advisor we can take on some of this role for the candidates. In addition we pride ourselves in advising the candidates on their career development, if we don’t believe our client has the right opportunity we will say so, knowing that anything less than a best fit will not last and leave both parties disappointed.
We fill positions located in Oslo or supply talents from this area to other areas. As a retained search firm we get paid exclusively from our clients, but we work for both sides to create the best solution.
