Our focus on levels makes us perform better
In general we work with hiring experienced consultants and management group executives. But as the pyramids are deteriorating, the organizations are becoming more virtually and value is created by input and not position, we feel this traditional attempt to describe a search firm’s level or niche is inadequate.
Compensation levels is another crude way of trying to cut the cake and here we start at NOK 600.000 and work up to two million (salaries in Scandinavia are unfortunately not too lucrative) . But for many of our clients and candidates it is not the income, but the stocks that counts.
From a candidate's perspective you may say that we most often are looking for top dual degree candidates or exceptional single degree candidates. Almost all candidates have either a business or an engineering degree, but there are of course interesting exceptions. We seldom look for candidates with less than four years of relevant work experience.
